Terms of Service

Welcome to Annnimate. By signing up and using this platform, you agree to these terms of service. If you don't agree, please don't use Annnimate.

These terms apply to all users, whether you're on the Pro plan, Team plan, or using the AI add-on.

To use Annnimate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide a valid email address
• Maintain accurate account information
• Not share your account with others

You're responsible for all activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized access, contact me immediately at support@annnimate.com.

Pricing

• Pro Plan: EUR199/year for individual use
• Team Plan: EUR159/seat/year (minimum 3 seats)
• AI Add-on: EUR120/year (optional)

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each year unless you cancel it. I'll charge your payment method on file at the current subscription rate.

Price Changes

I may adjust pricing for new subscribers. If I change your subscription price, I'll notify you at least 30 days before renewal. Your continued use after that means you accept the new price.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. If a payment fails, I'll attempt to contact you. Continued payment failure may result in suspension of your account.

When you subscribe to Annnimate, you get a license to use the animation code in your projects.

What You Can Do

• Use animations in unlimited personal or client projects
• Modify and customize the code for your needs
• Use in commercial projects and products
• Continue using code after your subscription ends

What You Cannot Do

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the code
• Create competing animation libraries or products
• Share your account or code access with others
• Publicly host or display the code as downloadable templates

Team plan users can share access with their team members within the seat limit.

When using Annnimate, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform
• Scrape, spider, or automate access to the platform
• Overload the platform or interfere with other users
• Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Annnimate and all its animations, code, designs, branding, and content are my intellectual property. Your subscription gives you a license to use the animation code as described above, but I retain all ownership rights.

The Annnimate name, logo, and branding may not be used without permission.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@annnimate.com. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

I offer a 14-day refund window for all subscriptions (EU law requirement). For details on refund eligibility and process, see my Refund Policy.

After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, you lose access to the platform and future animations. However, you can continue using animations you downloaded during your subscription.

Service Availability

I work hard to keep Annnimate running smoothly, but I can't guarantee 100% uptime. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Code Quality

While I test all animations thoroughly, I can't guarantee they'll work perfectly in every environment or project. You're responsible for testing animations in your own projects.

Limitation of Liability

I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Annnimate. My maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

Changes to Service

I may add, modify, or remove features at any time. I'll do my best to communicate major changes, but I'm not obligated to maintain specific features indefinitely.
