Simple and fair refund policy. 14-day refund window, no questions asked.

Introduction

I want you to be happy with Annnimate. If it's not the right fit, I offer a 14-day refund window (EU law requirement).

This policy explains when refunds are available, the process, and what happens after.

14-Day Refund Window

You have 14 days from your purchase date to request a full refund. This applies to:

  • Pro plan subscriptions (EUR199/year)
  • Team plan subscriptions (EUR477/year base + additional seats at EUR159/seat)
  • AI add-on purchases (EUR120/year)

The 14-day window starts from the date of payment, not the date you first log in or use the platform.

Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are available if:

  • It's within 14 days of your purchase
  • You're a first-time subscriber (not a renewal)
  • You haven't violated the Terms of Service
  • You request it via email (support@annnimate.com)

I don't ask why you want a refund. If you're within the 14-day window, it's yours.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in these situations:

  • After 14 days: Once the refund window closes, all sales are final
  • Subscription renewals: The 14-day window applies only to new subscriptions, not annual renewals
  • Terms violations: Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service
  • Partial refunds: I only issue full refunds, not prorated or partial amounts
  • Changed your mind mid-year: Canceling after 14 days means you keep access until your billing period ends, but no refund

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email me: Send a refund request to support@annnimate.com
  2. Include your email: The email address you used to sign up
  3. I'll verify: I'll confirm you're within the 14-day window
  4. Refund issued: I'll process the refund through Stripe to your original payment method
  5. Access removed: Your account will be immediately deactivated

No questions asked. If you're within 14 days, you get the refund.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within:

  • 1-2 business days: I'll approve and process your refund request
  • 5-10 business days: Your bank or payment provider will credit your account

The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Stripe handles the refund, so it's secure and reliable.

You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed, and another when it's completed by Stripe.

Cancellation vs Refund

It's important to understand the difference:

Cancellation

  • Stops future billing (no auto-renewal)
  • You keep access until your billing period ends
  • No refund for time remaining
  • Can be done anytime through account settings

Refund

  • Returns your money
  • Access immediately removed
  • Only available within 14 days
  • Must be requested via email

If you're past the 14-day window but want to stop paying, cancel your subscription. You'll keep access until your current year ends.
